Consent

This text explains the only consent you can give us, optionally, on the survey page. Our enquiry, survey, proposal and service processes do not rely on consent.

1. What you consent to

If you tick the optional box under “SPK-licensed property valuation” on the survey page, we share the following with SİBA Gayrimenkul Değerleme so that they can prepare and send you a valuation proposal by a licensed valuer:

• your name,
• your phone number and email address,
• the property’s location, address and basic details.

2. Who shares and who receives

The data is shared by the controller İçerikçi Medya Yazılım Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Bodrum Solutions), Bahçelievler Mah. 7134 Sk. B No:2B, 48440 Bodrum/Muğla, Türkiye. SİBA Gayrimenkul Değerleme receives it and processes it as a separate controller under its own notice (sibadegerleme.com).

3. Legal basis

This sharing relies only on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Articles 5(1) and 8(1)).

4. It is optional

You do not have to consent. Saying no does not affect your survey booking, our proposal or our services; you simply will not receive a valuation proposal from SİBA.

5. Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to contact@bodrum.solutions or by KEP to icerikcimedya@hs01.kep.tr. After you withdraw, we do not share your details with SİBA again and we let SİBA know. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of sharing before it.

6. What we record

When you consent we keep the wording of the box, the text version, the date and time, your IP address and browser information as proof.
